He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Merlin and Hilda Fullmer Thacker; and his siblings, Clauda, Joyce (Eugene), Ann (Jack), Fay (Ted), Myrle (Carl), Don, Mary Lou, Linda, Chad and Nile (Gloria).
He is survived by: his children, Tina Marie (Steve Carlisle) of Ray, KC and Rian S. Thacker (Sara); his wife Janet Marie Snapp; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Thacker, Carolyn Ray, Julene Bowen, Dorothy Conger, Gloria Mitchell, Paulette Snapp, Stacy Santos, Brent Spaulding, Ron Bowen, Jim Mitchell, Nolan Snapp and Joe Santos; and his grandchildren, Talisa Carlisle, Kindra Senzig (Esteban), Parker Carlisle, Aaron Thacker, Tyler Thacker (Allison), Emma Thacker, Tristan Thacker and Jaida Thacker.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Starts.
