He was predeceased by: his daughter Christy Sue Daniel (Joe); his grandchildren, Baby Joseph Daniel, Jordaon Mangel and Kelton Chournos; and his brother Kenneth Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Parks; his children, Troy Parks (Marilynne), Stephanie Parks, Christopher Parks (Laurie Read), Courtnee Parks (Brett Clyde), Tracy Mangel, Korey Wardleigh (Steve), Jay Mangel and Kevin Mangel (Amber); and his sister Millie Parks (Lane Raper). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
