We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2025, at the age of 77, Alan Zinz (Ogden, Utah), born in Oil City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Gegogeine Zinz; his brother Tim; and his sons, Shawn and Joseph. He is survived by: his father Jerold Zinz; his wife Patricia Kalamajka; his children, Debbie Barney (Bill) of Pahrump, NV, Connie Fry (Ken) of Seneca, PA, Steve (Tammy) of Hurricane, UT, Jason of Sandy, UT, Dan (Dana) of Mountain Green, UT and Jeffrey (Olivia) of Lehi, UT; and his siblings, Mike (Sandy) and Mary Howard (Harold). He is also survived by his five grandsons and four great grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Myers Funeral Home (845 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84404). Viewing will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the North Ogden 4 Th Ward LDS Church (1791 N 600 E, North Ogden, UT 84414). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
