She is survived by: her parents, Bill Lewis and Cherylanne Mannhalter (Eli VanWoerkom); her children, Blue VanWoerkom, Tay Ward and Adalynn VanWoerkom; and her siblings, Charley Sanford and Chryl Cunningham.
