She is survived by: her son Rick May Jr.; her grandchildren, Chase May, Nick, Hailey Cordova (May) and Lauren May; her great grandchild Miles Cordova; her brother Danny Kordiak (Margaret Price); her sister-in-law Jan Kordiak (Carlson); and her nephew Chris Kordiak.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:30 AM at 120 4700 S, Ogden, UT 84405.
