Otto; his stepchildren, Bruce Jolly (Becca), Kirk Jolly (Kami), Rachel Jolly, Amanda Smith (Shaun) and Ogden; his stepgrandchildren, Gavin, Hanna, Elizabeth, Decklan, Sawyer and Noah; his sons, Zechariah Tyler Otto and Jon Maxwell Otto; and his siblings, Dottie Deans and J. Nicholas Otto.
