She is survived by: her caregiver Practitioner; her children, Jim Yoshizumi Taketa (Melissa) of Jacksonville, FL, Chieko Coleman (Edward) of Layton, UT and Jeanne Evans (Richard) of Pleasant View, UT; her grandchildren, Jordan Coleman, Joel Coleman (Karin), Kori Core (Brandon), Katie Carver (Kelly) and Kelsey Lattin (Noah); her great grandchildren, Maiya, D'Kala, Kyson, Tyce, Ava, Ash, Adison, Aspen, Emi, Heath and Jackson; and her siblings, Fusae, Hideo, Sadako and Takeo.
