We are sad to announce that, on April 14, 2022, at the age of 85, Barbara Higgs (Ogden, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fay Josephine McFall and William Higgs, Sr.; and her brother Max. She is survived by: her brother William Higgs, Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
