He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Querubin and Juanita Querubin. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Holek; his former wife Alice Louise Morris; his children, Rebbeca (Jody) and Benjamin; and his sisters, Catherine and Caroline.
