She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Miller and Eulalia Miller (Jeffres); her brother Russell Miller; and her grandson Evan Welsh. She is survived by: her former husbands, William Welsh (Bill) of Torrington and Robert French (Bob); her children, Lorrie Stark (Todd) of Roy Utah and Rodney Welsh (Thyra) of Omaha, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Doug French, Devin Stark (Jaycee) of Roy, Utah and Abby Blankman (Damian) of Gretna, Nebraska; her great grandchildren, Harley French and Conner Blankman; and her siblings, Bonnie Bandemer (Harold), Colleen Brown (Trace) and John Miller (Carol). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
