She was predeceased by: her parents, Denzil Guy and Beth Holmgren Ballard; and her sons, Jonathan and Dusty. She is survived by: her sons, Dustin and Nathan (Bonnie); her granddaughters, Rylee and Emma Moon; and her siblings, Ross Ballard-Farmington (Julie), Guy Ballard-Fielding (Michelle), Alison Nelson-Bothwell (Byron) and Tina Barker-Elwood (Byron).
