She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Peter Boyle Jr. and Margaret May Warner. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Roberts Cook; her children, Scott Cook (Savannah), Ryan Cook (Stephanie), Teresa Eisert (Gary), Cammy Floyd (Steve), Peggy Romney (Phil) and Maryann Cook; and her siblings, Carole Burnett, James Boyle, Dale Boyle and Marilyn Perkins. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
