He is survived by: his children, Ashlee Nebeker (Anthony), Jeri Fulmer (Nala) and Taygen Fulmer; his grandsons, Carson and Hudson Fulmer; his sister Tris Lynn Fulmer; and his nieces, Kaylee Kathleen Saenz and Shaylee Ruth Saenz.
