He is survived by: his former wife Lorri Spencer; his spouse NaDeen Hunt; his siblings, Kevin B. Smith and Debbi Kartchner (Glenn); his son Jeffrey T. Smith; his mother-in-law Marian Anderson; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Smith Ratta, LaDawn Hansen (Brent), Vonya Thompson (Cory) and Teralee Miller (Eddie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
