He is survived by: his parents, Dan Evans and Cindi Evans; his sister Baylee (Grant); his nephews, Ryker and Jasper; his niece Skylee; his children, Zayden (Taylor Sandlin) and Brantley Bo; his princess, Brylee and Bronx; his grandparents, Lionel, Tana Evans, Jerry and Darlene Jenkins; and his aunts and uncles, Steph Willis (Tim), Deb Wood (Rick), Sharon Eves (Dan), Carolyn Nielson (Tab), Vonny Spaeth (Clint), Brenda Anderson (Bruce), Kenny Evans (Marie) and Timmy Evans (Jen). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Young Automotive Gallery (613 W 500 N, Layton, UT 84041).
