She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph West Brewer Jr.; her son Joseph West Brewer III; her parents, Milton Shaum and Marjorie Shaum; and her siblings, Milt Shaum, Jack Shaum, Joanie King and Judy Bunn.
She is survived by: her children, David (Sherrie), Laura Young, Jon (Sheri), Andy and Nancy Sparrer (Rob); and her daughter-in-law Susan. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 65 great grandchildren.
