She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Russell Smith and Ruth Irene Smith; her former husband Frank Baker Monson; her husband Bill Grosvenor; and her children, Brian (Denise), Elaine Burton, Kevin (Lori) and Cheryl Hill (Roger). She was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She donated many quilts to the Festival of the Trees.
