With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Jean Wiggins (Ogden, Utah), who passed away on March 19, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jule Combe, Sr. and Beatrice Parker; and her husband Ralph Wiggins. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Smith (Kenneth) of Roy, UT, Shelly Wiggins of Roy, UT, Kent Wiggins (Cynthia) of Garland, UT and Kari Hammon of Roy, UT. She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
