She was predeceased by: her grandmother Carolyn Eckersley Putnam; her parents, Seaver Reno Eckersley and Arthella Farr; her siblings, Gene Smith, JoAnn Coleman (Ron) and Yvonne Parsons; and her son David Boyd Putnam.
She is survived by: her children, Cherri Putnam (Ann Miller), Scott Putnam (Len), Michelle Putnam, Adam Putnam (Diana) and Ryan Putnam (Liz); her siblings-in-law, Yvonne Smith and Joe Parsons; her friend Debra Clarke; and her caregiver Amber. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
