She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Charles and Rachel Freeman Bailey; her husband Don; her daughter Katie; and her brother DeWayne (Nancy).
She is survived by: her children, Kim B. Hardcastle (LeeAnn), Roy, Greg Hardcastle (Sally), Jennifer Arevalo (Ramon) and Ryan Hardcastle (Brooke); and her siblings, Reneé Boyter, Glade Bailey and Mark Bailey (Vicki). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests family and friends perform an act of service for a loved one or attend the temple in memory of Charlene.
