We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2024, at the age of 94, Charlotte Buchan of Ogden, Utah, born in New Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Tomey and Louise Tomey (Galat); her husband Melvin; and her siblings, David, William Tomey and Louise Spotts.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Wright (Dennis) of Cambria, California, Mel Buchan of Garfield, Arkansas and Barbara Reinsvold (Thomas) of Garfield, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Nicole, Daniel, Matthew, Michelle, Laura, Nicholas, Elaina and Michael; Joseph "Butchy" Tomey of Palo Alto, Pennsylvania.. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
