Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ursday Leavitt's Mortuary & Aultorest Memorial Park (836 36th St, Ogden, UT 84403). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
