With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Connie Adams of Ogden, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 15, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Mitchell and Barbara Mitchell; her son Chet; her former husband Lloyd Ray Lazenby; and her husband Michael Adams.

She is survived by: her children, Tami Spaziano (Angelo), Troy Lazenby (Melissa) and Shannon Lazenby (Tangee); and her siblings, Caryl Miles, Paul Mitchell, Debby Hillstead, Boyd Mitchell and Becky O'Driscoll. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
