Conrado M Hernandez Obituary
Our loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, brother and friend, Conrado Marines Hernandez passed away peacefully on February 28, 2018. He was born September 19, 1923 in Brady, Texas to Augustine Hernandez and Maria Marines. Conrado married his sweetheart, Esther D Hernandez, on January 31, 1949 in Ogden, Utah He was a member of the Catholic Church.
He enjoyed cooking, music, trips to the swap meet, taking road trips to Texas, rides in the country, working on the cattle farms, going to Wyoming Downs to watch his son's horse's race, watching western movies and WWE wrestling. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. Conrado enlisted in the Army on October 15, 1945 and served as a Military Policeman in Salerno, Italy as a Private First Class with the 3rd Infantry Division under General George Patton.
He received a letter of recognition from President Harry S. Truman thanking him for his service. He is survived by his children, Conrad Hernandez Jr., Bernie (Pam) Hernandez, Mary (Greg) Hernandez and Michael Hernandez; 17 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and stepbrother Tom Gonzalez. He was preceded in death by his wife Esther D Hernandez; his parents; brothers Tony, Rudy and sisters Angelina and Concha.

Friends may call on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd., Ogden.
