He is survived by: his wife Crystina Fallows; his sons, Dustin and Travis; his sisters, Vicki Jones and Kim Jorgensen (Nick); and his caregivers, Ian, Jane, Naomi, Savannah, Kennedy and Craig. He is also survived by two granddaughters; and many nieces and nephews.
