He is survived by: his parents, Larwence Dale and Saundra Spiker Gibb; his wife Joy Livingood; his sons, Mitchell (Janae), Caden and Stryder; his siblings, Gary (Chris), Ray, John (Mindy), Coleman, Jacob (Jane), Michelle Davis (Jeff), Valeri Mickle (Byron), Larali Miller (Tony), Christine and Marali Ditty (Kevin); and his sisters-in-law, Ann Alley (Jeff) and Sue Williams (Darin). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.

During COVID he was particularly concerned about kids who were struggling and built cornhole boards for the counseling center so they could come have a mental health break.
