He was predeceased by: his parents, Lodewyk Hendrik Vanden Bosch and Ella Rebecca Dean. He is survived by: his wife Joan (Temple); and his children, Melanie Stokes Johnson (Marty), Curtis Vanden Bosch (Paige) and Shara Lee Smith (Todd). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren.
