He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Hainline and Elois Hainline; his stepfather Clarence Kelley; his uncle Roy Hainline; his siblings, Verlyn Imes, Steven Hainline and Loriann Thompson; his stepbrother Keith Kelley; his nephew Jeromy Thompson; his nieces, Ashley Thompson and Tina Kelley; his brothers-in-law, Bourke Tarbet III and Jeffrey Imes; his niece Cindy Reinhart; his nephews, Bourke Tarbet IV and Colton Tarbet; his parents-in-law, Pat Dodge (Red) and Dale Dodge; and also Amber Hainline.
He is survived by: his wife Patti Hainline; his nephew Adam Hainline; his niece Crystal Stevens (Bryan Peer); his daughters, Shiloh Hainline and Sahara Hainline (Lewis IV); his grandchildren, Michael (Kiona), Andrew, Leona and Kamber; his great grandchildren, Tavin and Zaiden; his aunt Artie Hainline; and his close friend Joe Miller.
