He is survived by: his spouse Jan Osborn; his children, Danyel Ward (Jon), Casey Johnson (Angel) and Cody Johnson; and his siblings, Dale Johnson (Charlene), ReNae Ellis, Vaun Johnson (LeAnn) and Carl Johnson.
