He is survived by: his wife Annette Carver; his children, Dylan Carr, James Carr, Andrew Carr (Ashleigh) and Lisa Odekirk (Scott); and his siblings, Larry Carr and Fran Bush (Richard). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
