He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Blain and Shirley Blain; his wife Debbi; his sister Julie Lyons (Perry); his aunt Madeleine Winder; his stepchildren, Richard Bell (Karmin), Archie Bell (Susan) and Deanna Bell (TJ Ternoois); and his children, Dadri Laine (Mike), Chelsea Johnson (Christopher), Douglas Blain (Jaclyn) and Christopher Blain (Kristen). He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers Denny has requested a donation in his name to the Humane Society of Utah.
