He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Benjamin and Wanda Kruitbosch; his sisters, Elnora and Jolene; and his wife Linda Lee Burch.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Eugene Kruitbosch (Carol), Tamara Lee Twitchell (Max Jr.) and Linnae Scott (Wes). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
