Donna Jay Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Jay (Ogden, Utah), born in Provo, Utah, who passed away on September 27, 2025 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna Jay to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid Donna farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Donna is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Murray Dean and Julia Pearl Healey Dean; her brother Byron Jay Dean; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Tankersley and John Paul Weeden.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa; and her siblings, Diana Tankersley, Barbara Weeden and Murray William Dean (Wendy). She is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews; and twenty-five great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ben Lomond Cemetery (526 2850 N St, Ogden, UT 84414).
