As we bid Doris farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Doris is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward T. Stockham and Lillian A. Huss; her husband Tom; her brother Ray Stockham; and her great great grandchild Slate Scoffield.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Ray Corwin, Vickie Ann Ableman (Abe) and Jackie Phillips (Saul Vigil); and her sister-in-law Connie Tuttle. She is also survived by five grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
In honor of Annie's spirit of giving, and in lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to a local animal shelter of your choice or a blood donation at your local blood bank.
