He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Garner Winter and George Richard Winter. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Winter; his children, Richard Winter (Lisa), Valerie Sluis (Scott), Forrest Winter (Shelli), Jonathan Winter (Dawn) and Racheal Warren (Steve); and his sister Karen Helton. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
