She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernest Jones and Parker of Missouri; her sister Rosemary Green of Chicago, IL; her children, Dunnese Scott-Sanders, Beverley Hester (James), Lonnie Steward (Jeanette), Curtis Jones (Cassandra), Carolina Weatherspoon (Gregory), Larry Steward (Karen), Michael Steward and Kelvin Steward (Lora); her siblings, Ernst, Anna Lee Banks and Olivia Perkins; her children, Colleen, Erick and Melvin Steward; and her son-in-law O. D. Sanders. She was also cherished by 30 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; 35 great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
