He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Jane Hebbeler. He is survived by: his father Joseph DeCarlo; his daughter Melanie DeCarlo; his siblings, Joseph DeCarlo (Jodi), Michael DeCarlo (Debbie), Thomas DeCarlo (Cheryl), Robert Vaugh DeCarlo (Cedric), Mary Jane Ringel (Joe) and Patricia Konieczki (Todd); and his caregiver Ashley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
