She was predeceased by: her parents, Haakon Nielsen and Julia Buris; her husband Narwin L. Sjoberg; her daughter Karalyn Sjoberg; and her siblings, Norman, Gail and Lynn Nielsen.

She is survived by: her children, Lori, Dawn and Stuart; and her sister-in-law Ruth Nielsen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
