With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Stanwood (Ogden, Utah), who passed away on October 7, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Elaine is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Elaine's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Afton Adams and Leona Kay Adams; her spouse Eldred Stanwood; and her siblings, Shirley, Devere, Lois, Marilyn and Delon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Myers Mortuary - Ogden (845 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84404). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Fielding Cemetery (N 4400 W, Fielding, UT).
