She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Dexter Courtney and Cora Muriel McIlvain Courtney; her sons, Richard Ward, Randy Lee and Ronnie Dee; her husband Roger Earl Bush of Ogden; her siblings, Ester, Evelyn, Carl, Don, Linda, Lois, Ivan and Sue; her grandchildren, Ronnie Paul and Brittany Liane; and her great grandchild Ryan Scott.
She is survived by: her son Daniel Robert; her siblings, Dorothy and Jimmy; and her son Roger Jr. (Sharri). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren, fourteen great-great grandchildren, and four great-great-great grandchildren.
