It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evan Evans M. D. (Ogden, Utah), born in Saint Anthony, Idaho, who passed away on June 28, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his former wife Janet Miller; and his children, Dave Evans (Colleen), Chris Taylor (Howard), Mark Evans (BettyJo), Signe Evans (Skip Musgraves), Salt, Tami Schwab (Stephen) and Jeremy Evans (Mary). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a charity of your choice.
