He was predeceased by: his parents, Eltjo "Al" Kapp and Eileen Moyes Kapp; his wife Carolyn Patricia Wilkinson; his daughter Karen K Montgomery; and his grandson Sheldon Robinson.
He is survived by: his children, Ellery Scott Kapp (Marion) of Roy, Kera Atmore (Robert) of North Ogden, LesLee Robinson (Kirk) of Roy, Kelly Colvin (Tony) of Ogden and Dawnette Bellinfante (Dan) of Oceanside, CA; and his siblings, Alden Kapp (Lorraine) of West Jordan and Janeen Bitton (Dennis) of St. George. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren.
