He is survived by: his wife Arliss Rose Gardner; his children, Tresa Williams (Evan), Stacy Olsen (Chad), Harrisville and Ryan Smith (Kari Minster); his brothers, Roger Smith (Helen) of Concord, CA and Steven Smith (May) of Blackfoot, ID; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Smith (Richard).
