He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nanette Lewis; his children, Chace, Austin, Shaine, Shania and Ryan; his mother Gloria Lewis; his sister Tina Lewis; his niece Courtney Yetko; and his nephew Dan Hood. He was also cherished by grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Leavitt's Mortuary & Aultorest Memorial Park (836 36th St, Ogden, UT 84403). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
