She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Henry and Catherine Lucretia Andersen Cook; her husband Bruce White; her son David White; and her siblings, Ellen Rita Cook and F. Grant Cook.
She is survived by: her sons, Alan (Lael), Richard, Phillip and Scott; and her brothers, Norton J. Cook, Lynn R. Cook (Carol) and Kelley A. Cook (Susan). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
