He is survived by : his children, Becky Cook (Cory), Brandon Smith (Natalie), GayLynn Applonie (Chris), Matt Smith (Jalena) and Andy Smith (Trudy); and his sister Lola Miller (Jim). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
