Houlden of Farr West, Megan Rose Hamlen of Farr West and Tyler John Hamlen of Farr West; and her grandchildren, Ali Awadh, Abraham Awadh, Joseph Awadh, Damien John Curtiss, Kane Edward Curtiss and Sarah Awadh.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Farr West 8th Ward Chapel (1800 W Harrisville Rd, Farr West, UT 84404). A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park (4500 S Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84403).
