She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Sigmon and Agnes Higgins Sigmon; her husband Richard E. Smiley; and her sister Janice Robinson. She is survived by: her children, Tim of Ogden, Jim (Shonna) of West Haven, Rick (Carmen) of Lehi and Luwana of Syracuse; and her brother Richard (Iona) of Yuma, CO.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (100 N Monroe Blvd, Ogden, UT 84404).
