He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Steckel; and his children, Daniel A. Steckel, Robert "Bob" G. Steckel (Patty), Andrew J. Steckel, Julanne McCulley and Joseph "Joe" Steckel (Sara). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
