He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel Rackham (Johnson); and his parents, Vern Rackham and Grace Rackham. He is survived by: his children, Shelly, Ann Dabb (Howard), Brent (Tana), Kathy, Sandy Anderson (Matt), Sharon Rackham Cottrell (Darrell) and Karen Jones (Mitchell).
